STEP INTO WELLNESS (currently being updated)

We need to sit less, and move more.  It is recommended that adults take 10,000 steps each day.

Our STEP into Wellness Program is a monthly step tracking challenge that encourages people to walk the minimum of 10,000 a day.  This program uses an online tracking dashboard.  There are two monthly challenges: STEP into Wellness (10,000 steps), and Boost.  Boost is designed for the less active, and encourages increasing steps by 20% each week.

Setting a goal and simply being aware of how many steps you take, by using an activity tracker, can personally motivate you to increase your daily steps.  Seeing your daily steps compared to others, may drive your competitive spirit to get in extra steps.  The overall goal is find your motivation to take more steps, and increase your activity.
