Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

Though no longer mandated, by the Department of Labor,  to provide leave under FFCRA, BCPS has decided to voluntarily provide FFCRA leave through March 31, 2021. The amount of leave and rate of pay will mirror the maximums permitted as per the FFCRA provisions through the Department of Labor that were effective April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
