Absence Management

The Office of Employee Absence and Risk Management (OEARM) Absence Management team has two major programs: 

Integrated Disability Management Program (IDM)

The IDM program manages the personal illness absences for regular employees who are absent for 10 or more consecutive days. 

With the exception of absences due to:

Employee Attendance Monitoring Program (EAMP)

Monitoring of personal and family illness absences for employees at risk of failing to meet the BCPS Employee Attendance Standard (EAS).
